Meadow View Greenhouse and Garden Center is a destination garden center tucked back off the road on Highway 11E in Lenoir City, TN. Managers
Rodney Grugin
Rodney Grugin
Rodney serves as General Manager. He was raised in South Knoxville and graduated from UT. He and Lisa have been married 26 years and have four children: Stuart, Caroline, Katie and Megan.
Lisa Grugin
Lisa Grugin
Lisa is from Pall Mall, TN, where her family has the wholesale greenhouse that grows most of our plants. She is a UT graduate. Lisa is in charge of the bookkeeping and the gift shop, and also serves at the voice of Meadow View in magazine articles.
Assistant Manager

Erin Brock
Erin has worked at Meadow View since 2003 and has earned the title of Assistant Manager. She was born and raised in Knoxville, and now lives in Lenoir City with her husband James, son Marshall and their 2 dogs.
Assistant Manager & Landscape Designer
Lindsay Lindsey
Lindsay Lindsey
Lindsay has been with Meadow View for 3 years now. In her role of assistant manager, she helps with ordering plants and keeping up with the latest trends. As a transplant from Florida she attended UT’s horticulture program and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Landscape Design. She also has the role of our landscape designer and offers consultation and design services.
Garden Center Staff
Stuart Grugin
Stuart Grugin
Stuart is the oldest of the Grugin kids and has a wide range of responsibilities. He is in charge of keeping the grounds maintained and doing deliveries. He also serves as his dad’s “right hand man.” He is currently a student at UT, where he is majoring in logistics.
Katie Grugin
Katie Grugin
Katie is the younger of the twins, who graduated from LCHS and is attending UT. She works in plant maintenance and is our creative sounding board.
Tina Le-Phan
Tina Le-Phan
Tina is our cashier. Her family is originally from South Vietnam, but eventually emigrated to Canada where Tina was born. They now reside in Knoxville, TN, where she attends UT.
Caleb Tunkel
Caleb Tunkel
Caleb is a Loudon native who has worked at Meadow View for over 5 years while attending school. He is our computer genius and a wealth of knowledge on many subjects.
